Rules: Incomplete entries will not be considered

• Prize winners are restricted to one winning entry per calendar year

• Only one winner per household per year

• There is no fee to enter this FREE drawing

• Each month, a random draw will be conducted to select the winners from all completed entries
• Winners will be contacted by telephone or email provided on the entry form during the week following the drawing, and must claim their prizes and be photographed as instructed by Di Photography
• Refusal to have your child photographed and to have the photograph featured in Lancaster County Magazine, releases Di Photography, and sponsors, as well as their employees, of any obligation.
• If an entrant can not be reached, their name will be re-entered in the drawing and another name will be drawn
• No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
• Participants will be eligible to win a Grand Prize of one (1) Di Photography Photo GiftCard valued at $75, and one of  three (3) secondary Photo GiftCard prizes valued at $45
• By entering this contest, each participant consents to the use of his/her child's name, and photograph in any publicity carried out by Di Photography, and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation. Winners consent to have their child's photograph being taken by Di Photography for such use, without further compensation. All photographs are copyright protected
• This contest is open to all residents of Lancaster County with children no older than 13 years of age at the time of entering the drawing
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash
• Di Photography and sponsors are collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Drawing and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent provided in the Entry Form. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes.
• This drawing will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Di Photography. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the drawing.
• Di Photography reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or modify the Contest or the Contest rules at any time without notice and to substitute the described prizes for another one of equal value.
• Di Photography, its sponsors, as well as their employees, shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail received, typographical errors, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls or any other mistake.
